Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using services offered by SoftEngine via corpsoftengine.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platforms.

2. Services

SoftEngine provides custom software development solutions tailored to business needs. We deliver project planning, design, implementation, and support services.

3. Information Products

SoftEngine offers digital guides, instructional materials, and online training modules that cover software development best practices and methodologies.

4. Goods

SoftEngine may supply hardware components, software licenses, and other physical items in support of development projects.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for undelivered service portions. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment channel within 30 days of approval. Clients may also request to reschedule service delivery within that period.

Completed work or any milestone-based deliverables are not eligible for refund due to resource allocation and effort expended.

5.2 Information Products

Digital materials that have not been accessed or downloaded may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 15 days.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be shipped back to SoftEngine within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Reimbursements for approved shipments will be issued within 20 days of receipt and inspection. Shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the purchaser.

6. Modifications

SoftEngine reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on corpsoftengine.com and take effect upon posting.

7. Termination

SoftEngine may suspend or terminate access to services at any time for violations of these terms or for operational reasons.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, Province of Ontario.
