Privacy Policy
The forms available on this site (contact, job application, newsletter) collect only the information you provide voluntarily: name, email, telephone, message. This data is used to handle your request or your application. It is neither transferred nor sold to third parties, and is used solely for the purpose for which it was submitted.
In accordance with the applicable personal data protection rules, you have a right of access to, rectification of and erasure of the data concerning you. You may exercise this right at any time by writing to contact@agb2a-gic.com.
At this stage of the project, the site's forms operate as a browser-side demonstration only: no data is sent to a server or stored. This policy will be completed when the forms are connected to a real sending service.
Cookie Management
This site sets no analytics cookies and no third-party advertising cookies. Simply viewing the pages makes no request to any third-party service : the fonts are hosted on our own servers, as are all images, videos and documents.
There is a single exception, and it is triggered only if you ask for it: the location map on the Contact page. It is not loaded up front. A holding screen tells you what displaying it involves, and only once you click is the map requested from Google Maps — a service which, for its part, may set cookies. As long as you do not click, no data is sent to Google.
Your consent
No analytics are active to date : as things stand, there is nothing to authorise. The site is nevertheless fitted with a consent mechanism, so that this cannot change behind your back. Were a visitor statistics tool to be introduced, it would remain blocked until you had explicitly authorised it — refusal is the default state, and it is never inferred from any inaction on your part.
The banner offers you “Accept all” and “Reject all” on an equal footing: refusing takes no more clicks than accepting. Your choice is kept in your browser alone (local storage), is sent to no server, and is not itself a cookie. You can change it whenever you wish: the “Review my cookie choices”link at the bottom of every page reopens the banner.
This mechanism does not cover the location map described above, which keeps its own holding screen — a blanket agreement does not automatically trigger a call to Google Maps.
You can configure your browser at any time to block or delete cookies. This page will be updated should analytics or personalisation cookies actually be introduced.
